Our Austin Health Care Attorneys
After working together at an Austin law firm that provided health care services, our principal lawyers, John Rivas and Nicole Goldstein, founded Rivas Goldstein, LLP, in 2003. Both founding attorneys have a long history of results representing physicians, nurses and other licensed medical providers. Before starting our firm, John Rivas worked for the Texas Medical Board and at the Texas attorney general’s office in the Elder Law and Public Health Division and Civil Medicaid Fraud Division. Our firm’s attorneys use their decades of combined experience to represent health care clients in a variety of cases related to their businesses and livelihood.
